You can pick up Tyne to Tweed across the North East – it will be on sale at newsagents, book shops, retailers, attractions and service stations across our region. A digital option can also be purchased from our website.
You will receive a notification when we have dispatched your item. Your item will be posted using Royal Mail Second Class as standard.
If your item hasn’t arrived 10 days after you placed your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of team will be happy to assist you.
UK delivery is £1.95 via Royal Mail Second Class. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK from our website.
Orders placed together will generally be shipped together. If this isn’t the case, please allow 10 working days for all your items to arrive. You can contact us at email@example.com and a member of team will be happy to assist you.
Our publications are sent as large letters, so they will be posted through your letterbox.
If your item arrives damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with some photographs of the item so we are able to follow this up with Royal Mail. We will also be able to arrange sending out a replacement for you.
We have a 14-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your publication please email us at email@example.com to arrange returning the item and issuing your refund.
We do not offer refunds on our digital editions.
The guide is 220 pages and the dimensions are 148mm (width), 295mm (height) and 9mm (depth).
